Who we are
Parallax Kit is a brand of JURISTECH NEXUS, SL, NIF B22531248, Avinguda Diagonal 442, 3º 2ª, 08037 Barcelona, Spain. For anything about your data, write to privacy@parallaxkit.com. For everything else, hello@parallaxkit.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us when you sign up to hear about the first batch:
- your email address
- the designs you ticked
- the language of the page you signed up on
- the date and time
- the country you connected from (Cloudflare works it out from your IP address; we don’t keep the address itself)
- the Halloween keychain you came from, if you scanned one
What we do with it
We email you when the first batch ships, and with news about Parallax Kit such as new designs, in the language you signed up in. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We never sell it or pass it on, and we don’t use it for anything else.
We do this because you asked us to: your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also write to privacy@parallaxkit.com from the address you signed up with, and we’ll delete it. You don’t need to give a reason.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and stores the list for us. Google handles our email (Google Workspace). Both act only on our instructions, under data processing agreements.
Both may process data outside the European Union. When they do, it is covered by the EU’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and scans
The site sets one cookie, lang, and only when you pick a language: it remembers your choice for a year. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts. The fonts are served from this site.
If you arrived by scanning a keychain’s QR code, your browser remembers which one until you close the tab, so a sign-up can say where it came from. Each scan adds one to that keychain’s count for the day; nothing about you is recorded.
Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to its use, or get a copy to take elsewhere. Write to privacy@parallaxkit.com; we reply within a month.
If you think we’ve got something wrong, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).
